Once you’ve seen how badly execution fails without clarity in a real system, it’s hard not to notice the same pattern everywhere else.

Then execution.
Reversing that order creates activity without traction.
Strong execution on a flawed frame doesn’t fix the problem. It just makes the system fail faster.

Time and again, the fastest path forward turns out to be slowing down just enough to see the system clearly.
Not to debate endlessly.
